That ******* helicopter keeps following me, its been like that forever, whereever I go. I even didnt steal a car, and walked like 20mins away to my apartment to save my game, but I had a walk in a garden of an expensive house, I didnt think the game would make the police come after me at all. But the helicopter peers over one of the skyscrapers and starts shooting at me for no reason at all.

How do I get rid of it, I have tried everything.

Yeah dude, just pay your loan back and they will stop following you.

i know this because theyre onto me about a 5k debt which is never gonna get paid. not till im rich anyhow ;D

How do you guys get more money to get more firepower? I keep dying at a certain point due to not having enough funds to get the firepower to get through it.

Do the activities, rob stores, take out a loan.

I only have $25 atm but all of that is a loan, lol.
I really want to have loads of money so i can buy some of those exotic cars.

Steal a bank truck and then ram it into stuff until it blows and grab the 10k or so that comes out of it. You can even park it in your garage, blow it up and then go back in and get another one.. rinse and repeat.

Seem to see them quite regular when I play, but maybe there prevalence increases as you get through the missions a bit?
