saitek cyborg v.7 keyboard ...keys not working after upgrading to windows 8 pro

hi guys Ive upgraded to windows 8 pro from windows 7 using the upgrade assistant ...all went well till the main screen came up and asked me to put in my password to go further ! hey presto ! the keyboard doesn't work ! i thought oh well ill use my spare usb keyboard ! which does work ! i thought ill download the latest drivers for the cyborg v.7 keyboard ..when i try to install them its asks me to plug in the cyborg keyboard which i already have done ! now ...the lights are on on the keys and board but the keys still do not work ...any ideas guys ? like i said Ive downloaded the latest drivers but its not recognizing the keyboard at all !!! thanks in advance

Boot up with the old keyboard and with the Saitek disconnected.

When you've got into Windows plug the Saitek in and see if it's recognised as a new USB device.

Failing that, You could always go back to Windows7

I agree - I believe people haven't given it a chance and to be honest its a great OS!

same problem.. was working upgraded graphics card now its not.. windows 8
