I just received one of these keyboards today from ocuk, and seem to have a strange thing going on with the lighting.
I think the blue lights cannot be dimmed, but red can. So using blue I've got full intensity all the time. So adjusting the purple only varies the red component, giving colours from blue through violet to the purple/magenta.
Now this is the second Eclipse II I've had, the other since 2007 (sold to a friend earlier this year with my desktop), and the blue could be adjusted on that one.
Is this normal for newer batches, or do I have a faulty/broken potentiometer for the blue leds?
Either way, I really don't think I want to have to get this replaced; I've had enough hassle over the last three weeks with keyboards and mice.
