Competitor rules
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. By sure your settings on the Nvidia control panel are to default.
Reinstall the video driver.Try the beta drivers, like I had the 92XX and did not worked with Knights of the old republic.
Try to reinstalling your chipset drivers.
Remove the game, be sure to remove the config files, and clean the registry, look by the publisher.

Have you rebooted your PC? Since you only have 1gig RAM you should check your peak commit charge and make sure that it doesn't exceed 1gig. As an example you should set texture quality to medium, with high it will use too much memory.
Incidentally I found that the benchmark drastically overestimates your framerate, I had a min fps in that of >50fps, but on the first level of Extraction Point it was dropping as low as 25 so I went in and turned down some settings.
