Just bought it and its my first SSD so dont want to mess up. I was wondering if people could give me any help on installation. Im not sure whether a fresh install would be best or using supplied software which is Norton ghost and Magician. I have a Asrock extreme 4 Z77 mobo, 2 250GB sata hard drives with 1 of the drives having Win 7 as my OS. Either way im not fussed on which install to use and any tips on how to and what to watch out for. I'll only have the OS and Battlefield 3 installed on it. Thanks.

A clean install is always best, particularly if moving from HDD to SSD (Win7 then performs many optimisations for you). If you have an OEM version, you might have to copy/clone it with Norton Ghost, but check defrag is turned off. ***

For a clean install,
1) Disconnect ALL drives except for the SSD, which should be plugged into port 0
2) Set AHCI mode in BIOS/UEFI
3) Install Win7, reboot to check it works, then turn off
4) Add your other drives back (keep the SSD on the first 6gbps SATA port (usually 0)
5) You may have to set the SATA boot order, but it usually defaults to port 0

*** 64gb is enough for a boot drive, but only just as performance suffers as you fill up the drive above 50%, and Win7 alone eats up ~20gb. Check this guide (before you upgrade!) and consider removing the pagefile, system restore and hiberfil.sys, and any other tweaks mentioned - anything that saves space is worth considering.
