Sounds like you have Samsung's Magician Rapid Mode, or at least that's one thing that would explain the high reads/writes. At the same time this might be related to the problem. Try turning it off if enabled, see what happens. It uses the RAM, so it may also be a RAM issue. Programs not loading/responding or very slow to load sounds like RAM.

Would be good if you could test with other games/apps as well, and you could run Memtest overnight.

as Danny says, sounds like rapid mode is enabled. if you go in to the magician software you will see it at the bottom left.

click on it and then go to disable, I have a 850 evo and general gaming and PC use I found no difference between having it enabled to disabled so left it disabled as it uses the PC resources for this service.

Ok turn RAPID mode off and now get readin of read 560 write 550. Still slighly over but since this problem started what ever browser i use internet page wont load, tried many sites i could. even uninstalled and reinstall other browsers. internet fine as iphone, pad and ps4 can see the sites no problem and loads. You think RAPID has currpted some of the drivers files as everything else seems ok!!!

Also p[layed BFH again ping good and ran ok so turning RAPID of fix the ping issue

Glad it's helping on some fronts.

I don't know whether Rapid Mode has corrupted anything. You could find out how to flush DNS cache on your operating system, and try that. https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html

You could run a sfc /scannow (as Admin, from Command Prompt) to verify your Windows install's integrity.

I would want to know whether the RAM has any errors, and then after that I'd probably do a fresh install of the OS and not use Samsung Magician (or install it but not enable any profile like Rapid Mode).

Maybe wait for other ideas from others regarding the browsers issue.

Memtest was left running all night no errors... but the system was fixed at the time.. It was clean install since Thursday and this started happening Monday night. anyhow i was ask to upgrade to windows 8.1 so i did.. then system was stable and working as it should after 8.1 was installed... so think something went wrong with the windows internet drivers or summint as all good now. Thanks for you help anyway danny
