Samsung 970 Pro issues

My PC has started having random reboots/BSODs often restarting into the BIOS and showing no availiable boot devices. I could usually restart and have it work ok for a while again but it's past that point now I'm 99% sure this is the SSD although it can be recognised and seems to work ok when plugged into an external dock.

Jusdt wondering if anyone else has experienced issues like this with one of these drives?

Does it show anything failing in SMART data?

I've replaced it with another slower drive I had lying about and system is rock solid again.

The drive looks to have a very slight bend, possibly caused by pressure from the heatsink/thermal pad. I wonder if this could be enough to cause the issue.
