My DELL XPS 420 has a Raid 0 set up with a pair of 320GB 7200rpm Samsung HDD's. (locked BIOS on dell)
previoius owner had installed cheap Hynix RAM which had failed. when I got PC it wouldn't boot.
I ran diagnostics, and HDD 1 reported and error during the BIOS diagnostics. I believe this was the result of the faulty RAM
every time I re-run diagnostics I get an error message that there's a record of an error in the HDD log.
What software can I use to access that log and clear it so I can do a fresh re-test to confirm the drive is safe to continue using?
