got the missus to ask what he was replacing and he said it wasnt getting power to the display and she said he changed a circuit board so im guessing pcb?

anyway its working now

Did they do it gratis? I guess their kill switch went off a few months too soon

yeh, apparently it was A “one time free repair” cant complain tho, apart from the wait for the part itwas painless.

I won't buy any more Samsung products after my Tab S2 tablet screen got the 'purple rot' condition. Samsung wouldn't replace under warranty even though the screen was pristine, no visible damage.

Not the first time I've heard of their washing machines playing up either.
