Samsung F1 320gb Problem

Last week i got my hands the famous single platter drive.
Yesterday i have done a test with HUTIL(samsung utility) and showed up a bunch of errors. A while ago , i got these results from the HD Tune ''Error Scan''



Is this serius? Should i RMA it? Where should i send it for RMA?

first you should send it back, also phone the company u bought it from, think its the first 28 days they should swap it out, otherwise phone samsung up to sort it out.
