Samsung HD103SJ Read/Write speed

just wondering if the read/write speed im getting is right, ive read the comments and people seem to be getting over 100mb/s to 150mb/s and then when raided over 200. im asking because when i transfer files from my main hdd to the HD103SJ i get a write speed of 65/70mb/s...is this right.

Ive never messed with hdd's before so might need some schooling on what to do.
