Having problems with two of my Samsung drives. I am getting Calibration errors and clicking noises when the disks are being accessed. I found some Samsung tools HUTIL and SHDIAG, the problem is i don't know if i can run them as they don't list my HDD on the page.
I don't think the drives are fixable but want to try, just don't want to make it worse. I have another drive in delivery.
Driver is: samsung HD502HJ/HD103SJ
