Wintoys10 has own NVMe drivers and can work perfectly well without any additional drivers.
And when installing (any) Windows always disconnect cables from other drives.
Microsoft is pathologically incapable to quality and other wise installer likely installs some boot data into other drive than what you select as target for installing.
You can install drivers from Samsung's site later. Also the Samsung Magician utility can be installed where you can set aside some space for over provisioning (will extend drive life)
