The Samsung S32E590C 32" monitor says it has a 29" screen in the description! Is it also only 1920x1080?

I am looking at this monitor as I really need a 32" at the distance I sit is around 4ft away but not sure if 1080 is good enough at 32". I am currently using a 32" Samsung 1080p TV (32H5000) and text and colour are pretty bad but its just a stop gap until I can get a 32" monitor but only have a budget of around £400-£450.

Finally starting to see UHD IPS at a decent price now all we need is 144hz to be added onto that and we have the dream monitor, after that 21:9 with all those features
