Samsung Pay question

[jaackla]

So I'm in the uk and my bank Halifax isnt supported with samsung pay but i have just read Paypal now works and looking at youtube videos i dont have the option to add paypal in the samsung pay app? everything is updated why is it not there for me?

The Paypal option is for the US only.

What about Google Pay? I'm pretty sure Samsung phones support Google Pay as well, which Halifax supports. Unless of course, it's for a Samsung Watch.

Yeah wanting to use it on the gear s3, i read that its slowly being rolled out the paypal option

You'll have to wait then, it's only being rolled out in the US and there's no ETA on other countries: https://news.samsung.com/global/samsung-pay-announces-partnership-to-allow-users-to-pay-via-paypal

Access to PayPal will be available for all Samsung Pay users in the United States and will expand to other countries soon.
