Samsung Pc-->Phone Transfer problem - HELP PLEASE!

Hello, well I have the Samsung E350 Similar to the D500/600.
Therefore will be the same technique I think.

Right, well I HAVE got the Usb cable, and a driver cd provided with "Pim & File Manager 2.0"

I installed, like usual, then connected the phone, to the pc, loaded the program and it said "Offline", I can not see my phone, nothing comes...

I presume many people have similar problems (My friend has this probelm too with the D500)

Update used a Samsung Com port cable I found

Get an advancement and it says ...

Can't remember where but think it is under file...You need to make sure that your phone is detevted by the connection type option.Sorry if this doesn't make sense,just that i don't have that program on anymore.
