Samsung PM961 or 970 Evo?

Between the Samsung PM961 and 970 Evo NVMe drive, which one is better and faster?

The PM961 has better 450k/400k IOPS vs the 200k/350k of the EVO.

TBH, both are an equal good choice and if I am to prefer something, I would go for the ADATA SX8200.

I read that the PM961 is a OEM drive so it has limited warranty and no firmware updates/support via Samsung Magician so I will probably go for the 970 Evo as I have the 850 Evo in my other build and it is working fine however the Adata SX8200 drive does look compromising for price per GB, speed and the heatsink for cooler temps.
