Samsung Q320 - Battery Replacement

Have any owners of this laptop managed to get a replacement battery for it. I have now ordered three batteries from third party suppliers via google, but none of them actually fit.

The laptop has completely disappeared from Samsungs website. Last time i'll be buying any of their products.

OK. Anyone know of a scanner similar to Crucial that will scan your system and suggest a replacement?

This is driving me up the wall. The boss keeps asking me for a replacement and I can't give a solution. Samsung support was useless.

You can get them on E-bay.I have a samsung Q45 and i think they are the same size. I would be wary of the quality of some of those HK (Chinese) batteries though, but at least they are cheap.

We've already tried the bay, but still did not fit. Might het the boss to put the laptop on the bay and get something else instead.

As far as I know, the Q320 battery should be the same as the other Samsung popular ranges such as the R519/R520/R620/R720. The part number I've got listed here is AA-PB9NC6W/E.

I'll take a look for you at work tomorrow and see if I can find a more solid price for you from one of our suppliers so you've got a rough estimate on costs.

Thanks for that. Here are the details that are on the current battery. I've got some pics somewhere, showing the difference between the original and the replacements.

Model = NP-Q320H
Model Code = NP-Q320-JS04UK
Battery Product ID = AA-PB9NC6W

Notice the extra length on the battery near the 'show charge' button

I am new to this forum but thought I would join to post an update as I may have found what you are looking for and wanted to help out.

I have spent too many evenings recently trying to track one down!!. My battery gave up after 14 months which to be honest seems quite poor.

I had the same issue as you and the battery did not fit my q320-as02uk model when I ordered from Hong Kong. I did get a refund however.

I have ordered the following from a seller in Germany. It looks like the same shape of battery but it is a 5200mAh rating.

Goods news, battery fits perfectly. Just click on the ebay link on previous post and that should be you. Overall cost was £59. You do not pay through paypal, you pay through a similar service that works on ebay in Germany.
