Samsung Q8DN bezel gap - Is yours like this?

Hi Everyone,

Just received our second 55" Q8DN, first one had a scratch on the bezel. This unit seems to have an unfinished gap between the screen and the bezel on the bottom.

The top seems to have a black strip covering it but the bottom has gaps where it looks like the screen is clipped in. This isn't right is it? Just want to confirm before I go back to richersounds again.

Is the quality control on samsung's normally this bad and i'm thinking about going for something different, is this isn't right.

Don't RS deliver themselves, like JL, so that you can ask for them to unpack it, or yourself, in their presence, on a subsequent replacement ?

It's a 3rd party but i'm going to ask them, I might just go for a Sony XF90 instead.
