Samsung S27A950D

I do get the same effect when using the old DVI cable.
This does get strange though, although there's still some red fringing on desktop icon text I tried IE 9 rather than Firefox and there's no fringing on web browser tabs.
I also tried my PS3, games and web browser and all looked OK.

I asked my wife to check as well in case my eyes are going wonky, lol.

On a positive note, I gave Portal 2 and NFS Hot Pursuit a quick blast launching via TriDef and the 3D (side by side) effect is very good - as good as I'd hoped it would be to be honest, I'm definitely impressed with that.
I can notice a slight flicker at first but that seems to quickly go away (even when PC is set to 120hz).

Edit - Tried Pain and Wipeout HD Fury in 3D. Easier than with PC games, when startingh Wipeout a PS3 message stating "3D display detected, Switch to 3D mode - Yes / No" was displayed, followed by "Watching 3D image" message on the monitor and all I needed to do was turn on the 3D glasses. Only tried them both briefly but the 3D effect was good. Pain was OK while Wipeout HD was more impressive. Also fired up a 3D move, Piranha (I know, I know...:) ), and while there was just added depth some parts where the piranha's were copming out of the screen gave it more bite. ;) Lastly I tried a 2D-3D conversion for Super Stardust but it wasn't a patch on the other PS3 or PC games mentioned that were using a proper 3D mode. I thought Super Stardust was supposed to be a 3D game but no on screen message for that one.

I'd be interested in knowing what settings other owners of this monitor are using, for comparison sake.

I'm using the DVI cable supplied with the monitor and have now managed to set it to 120Hz. There is a defiite problem with colour though, see the attached picture below, I'm not sure the letters in the browser bar are supposed to be a rainbow of colours. :(
There's a similar effect on text on the desktop.

Sorry to bump this but I wanted to let you know that if you are on about the address bar then yes the colours are supposed to be different. The black text is the main address while the grey text is sub domains and extensions. If you didn't notice this before then it shows that your previous monitor was rubbish :p
