I've got an SM951 and I've just spent the entire night rebuilding my PC after it went haywire.
It was constantly on 100% access. Throwing out loads of I/O errors and it eventually failed and I had to reinstall windows.

The thing is. I've reinstalled it back onto the same drive and it's working fine for now.

I installed Samsung Magician (even though it doesn't support this drive) and the S.M.A.R.T. info is showing it as failing on "Uncorrectable error count"

Is this something I should be worried about?

Just to add.
I've just copied part of my steam directory (273Gb) onto the drive and there were no errors.
It didn't quite fill the drive but it didn't hit any errors during the copy. Just a few slow bits here and there which I think was small files.

I think you'll find the drive is so new, not many people know the answer.

If it's working OK under normal circumstances, use it.

(I'll download and install the Samsung util tonight and try it on mine, see what it throws up)

The thing is. It was working fine until it threw the hissy fit yesterday morning.
By the time I got home from work it was unusable. To the point that windows wouldn't boot and couldn't fix it.
Still. I'll continue to use it as normal and see what happens. All my games (apart from Witcher 3) were on another SSD anyway so it's no hassle to give it another go.
