Samsung Smart Plug anomaly

I've got a peculiar issue with a Samsung smart plug.

When I turn it off and the light goes off, it still appears to be letting power through, I can see RGB in the PC is still partially on but the PC of course won't turn on, if I press the power button on the PC but then turn the plug on, the PC will just come on by itself.

Not sure which section I should put this in unsure if it's a PC problem or smart plug problem.

Any ideas?

Smart plug problem. It's not using a relay to completely isolate the mains and there is some leakage. This may just be inherant in the design of the smart plug. Why would you have a smart plug on a pc? The off power consumption of the pc will be about the same as the off power consumption of the smart plug so you aren't saving anything.

RGB draws so little power that it can still be on, powered by residual power in your motherboards capacitors, for ages.

My Zojirushi Rice maker's clock stays on for over 10 days after being unplugged!
