Samsung SpinMaster End to End Error?

Hi, I recently have been having latency issues with my hard drive stated in the heading. The error I get from the 'speedfan' hdd utility is an End to End Error, but I have used other hard drive testing software and everything comes back fine.
Any Idea's?

could be just a software bug if all other programs report no error?

make sure all your drivers are upto date

chipset and intel storage drivers ect

Alright I'l take a look..
I thought there was a problem because the drive was slowing down a lot recently.
