Has anyone received their cash back from Samsung? I sent mine in about 40 days ago and I have not received it yet. :mad:

Took nearly 4 months before i got £20 cashback from them.

Nor me. Was thinking about enquiring the other day. Sent my claim at the end of April.

From the T&C.......

"11. Participants will receive their Cashback Reward by way of cheque within 28 days of submitting a valid claim."

Hadn't heard anything after 6 weeks but soon as I sent them a mail I had the cheque within 10 days.

I just kept ringing them every 7 days after promising to send it after 30 days, and on the third try they sent it out the next day.

01584 871381 - This was the number at the bottom of the confirmation email when I first submitted the cashback claim.
