I notice the new 500GB Evo is using TLC nand and caching so much the same as other manufacturers have been doing for a while but a year or two ago didn't Samsung have a 500GB SSD that used all SLC nand?

Or is it that the New Pro series use SLC?

What I'm really looking for are model numbers to the product line of about 1or 2 years ago if anyone can help pls.

Samsung haven't been producing an SLC end user drive for a very long time now. The Pro series uses MLC and the Evo series uses TLC. Samsung were the first manufacturer to use TLC way back in 2012 I believe.

I'm sure the last model or maybe last but one was all SLC,stuff changes up pretty quick.
