just a quick question

can I raid 0 a:

Samsung EVO & a Samsung PRO SSD?

Both are the same size, if it works I'll lose rapid mode but gain a larger single drive

Yes, but you'll also get increased performance on RAID0, which would match RAPID mode performances properly rather than using RAM, so it doesnt matter that you lose RAPID mode

Still don't see the point in RAID0 two SSDs, the average user wouldn't notice any real-world difference(s).

and of course if you get errors on one drive you effectively lose the lot.

never been a fan of RAID 0. it should be called AID 0 as there is no R in 0
