SAN performance, benchmark programs?

We are trying to sort out the poor performance of our new SAN (dothill 2130)

HDtach says we are getting an avarage read of 120MB/s
HDtune reckons its avaraging at 12MB/s

Obviously these benchmarks dont work with SAN type virtual disks. Is there a benchmark out there thats reliable and designed for SANs?

What SAS card do you have it connected to?

They are Qlogic cards.

Having given up with benchmarks, and ive now looked at perfmon.

The Current Disk Queue length is averaging at about 50
