We have just added the range of Sandisk memory products to the OcUK website with all formats available including SD, Compact Flash, MiniSD, MicroSD, Memory Stick and MMC Mobile.

Take a look here. :)

Nice, would these be with the £8 delivery because this could be a defining factor in me buying one.

Josh

Looks like £5.25 delivery if ordered on their own. Nice to see ocuk getting some quality memory for us togs. Hopefully the lenses and bodies will follow ;)

Unfortunately the one I was interested in they can be had elsewhere cheaper with delivery included than the before delivery price at OCUK.

Just my luck!

Just be warned that a lot of fakes are floating about, so be sure it is a reputable retailer.

Highly reputable retailer that just about everyone knows and has probably used but I can't mention the name. I wouldn't buy memory cards from any random places due to the amount of fakes going around :)

Myself and another member have had fakes from a very big "reputable" retailer but as you say it's a name that can't be used.

If thats the case there is just as much chance that OC have fakes too then, so its a gamble wherever you buy from :(

There's no chance at all that our are fakes.

Oh I'm sure they are not as well. Sorry if I gave you impression thats what I was suggesting.

I was mearly saying if another person has purchased fakes from a reputable dealer then in theory anyone is open to supplying them, again in theory.

I am sure the above poster was just unlucky as I am sure most dealers get the products direct from Sandisk themselves, certainly the dealer I have always purchased mine from does. And I've always used them because they are always the cheapest place online out of all the usual dealers.

So to stress again, I am in no way trying to imply OC may not have genuine cards (just that for the one I am after right now, I am better off shopping elsewhere on this occasion)

:)

Wow excellent news, I am always on the lookout for more memory, either for the camera or the mobile. I didn't realise 16GB cards were even available, certainly cant afford one of those monsters!

Are the 16gb CF card prices likely to drop in the next few days? Im going to be ordering 2 this week and ive seen these at an Online Store for £331.40inc Vat...

Up until today the other store had been the same price, infact slightly more expensive when postage was included.

Wouldn't you be better off with a storage device like the Epson P2000?

No point getting a 16G card personally, you can get a 4G CF card for about £18 + del, get 4 and you are still under £80. Save yourself enough to get an Epson P2000 and then change for a at least £60. Thou it won't be Sandisk Extreme III but saving £320.............I know which route I'd choose.

So.....£400 for a single 16g Sandisk Extreme III

or

4 x 4G card (Kingston brand)
Epson P2000 (40G storage)
£60 change.

The thing is though I think Dreeder shoots on a 1Ds MKII which means even 4gb cards won't take that many shots
