This is the proposed build, what do you think? I have a Sapphire 6950 and a Seasonic 620w modular PSU along with Windows 7 64 bit.

All the prices are in Canadian dollars as I live in Vancouver.

Thats a nice looking spec.
What will you use it for? If its for gaming do you really need 8GB RAM?

Are you sure you wouldn't rather get an i5 2500K as they will have higher resale value and if you get a board that supports overclocking in the future you won't need a new CPU to do it.

Also why not use your existing ECO ALC cooler instead of the Scythe?

It is for gaming but as ram is so cheap now I could not resist 8gb.

I had not thought about keeping the eco cooler, that's a great idea.

The only reason for the slower CPU is the $100 difference in price.

wow 100 CAD?? (actually that makes sense with the price hikes) yeah keep the ECO and that's a pretty sweet build. Basically the same as mine (see sig) which I couldn't be happier with. Small but mighty!!!!!!
