I've disabled cpu throttling yet CPU-Z is reporting the multiplier dropping when under load. I've also disabled speedstep, C1e, C3 and C6. Currently I'm idling at 4.8GHz.
Running Fritz I'm seeing it throttle the multiplier down to 47 a few times.
Running IBT it's throttling back to 41/42.
Temps with IBT hit 67, not too scary :)

Any idea what I'm missing?
 
Solved it :)

Asrock P67 Pro 3, enable speedstep to get access to TDP limits :)

5GHz on air, 1.35v, my god these things are good :D
Got through 5 rounds of IBT no problem, Fritzed me at 30.56 RS :)
