SandyBridge check and cooling questions

At present I already have:

4GB Corsair Dominator PC12800 DDR3
2x GTX460s (want to use in SLI)
Silverstone ST75F 750W PSU
Samsung 1TB HDD
DVD RW Drive
Xigmatek Utgard w/Custom fan setup.

I'm looking to get a 2500K processor but am unsure about motherboard and cooling choice.

I need a motherboard with SLI and the three cheapest are:

MSI GD55
Asus P8P67 Pro
Gigabyte P67A-UD4

The MSI is about £10 cheaper (and every £ I save is good!) but will the Asus and/or GB be significantly better for overclocking?

Onto second question:

I used a Corsair H50 with my old C2D setup and was very impressed with it. However I sold it and now may want to buy another but how would it compare to the following air coolers:

Titan Fenrir
Thermaltake Frio
Corsair A50

Before anyone recommeds things like a V8 or DH14 I don't want a huge cooler. Size/weight is important (hence why I like the H50) and the above three give an idea of the max size I'm looking at.

Any other recommendations for air coolers of similar price/performance?

you should check out the GD-65 motherboard, for one reason:
MSI are currently offering a FULL tax rebate on that board, bringing £145 down to about £112. Will find you a link in a sec. If I'd known about this before I ordered my asus PRO, I would have definitely gone MSI.

Ive got a 2500k coming tomorrow, Will let you know how the H50 I have already handles it. It will be results for h50 with akasa apache fans in push/pull though, and at stock clocks for now I'm afraid :p
