We have not tested against Tri -X which was very strong.

All evidence points to yes.

As better power delivery and redesigned PCB.

The cooler has some design improvements along with a backing plate too, so cooling should be better and the Tri-X is one of the best coolers we tested for noise and performance.

PCB wise this has an improved PWM so should be a superb overclocking if your luck on the GPU lottery is good. :)

I want to know what they clock like, also are there waterblocks available for these?
 
That cooler matches my system better than any other, can't say I buy for looks though when it comes to hardware since I have my custom loop, the cooler would be straight off :D

That blue would be a hard colour to match though! Asus used to have some weird blues on their boards but most boards now are darker blue/brown/black/red/green/orange.

Seems you guys want me to test so I will. Tomorrow I have ASUS Matrix 290X air review to write. Then I will stick this in and see what its about.
