Hi there

Some of you have already spotted today, but in short I held of ordering for the past few weeks as firmly believes the pound would strengthen, which it has done, peaked at 1.31 and now hovering around 1.28, a considerable improvement in last couple of weeks. Also I have negotiated better USD cost as well with Sapphire, as such though some have already been spotted I can now offer the following cracking prices on Sapphire products:

7900 XTX 24G @ £899
7900 XT 20G @ £699*
7600 8G @ £239
6950 XT 16G @ £599
6800 XT 16G @ £499
6750 XT 12G @ £349
6700 XT 12G @ £299* (Due first week of August)

*Represents low margin for OcUK (5%) and is a gamble of the rate holding around 1.29/1.30 as such if you feel a 6700 XT at £299 or a 7900 XT at £699 is a good price (currently best in UK) then you should buy as these products are purchased aggressively in USD and gambling on a 1.30 rate holding, as such there is no further downside in price on these items in short term but the prices is extremely likely to increase in short term, so if next week these prices jump by £20-30 don't cry that you missed out, as the saying goes, snooze you lose.

Anyone pre-ordering gets that order and price honoured, irrelevant of what happens to the rate, so pre-order in confidence and hopefully by next weekend you will all have your nice new shiny AMD card. :)

Some really good deals! Pity that there is no deal for a 6800XT.

Got two cards at £499 in stock, about as good as it gets, still a 16G high performance card that is actually powerful and can play games maxed out at 1440P due to a real 256-bit wide bus, a lot of card for £499.

I don’t think AMD make that chip anymore

They do not but we have some end of life run out deals on it:

Hi there

Just a last minute update from Sapphire, all cards have shipped except the 6700 XT, these are due to ship from Hong Kong around July 29th, as such we expect to take delivery around first week of August as goods are been air freighted.

Just ordered the 7900xt.... almost twice what I've ever spent on a card before now /gulp
Still, should be around 2x as fast as my 3060ti and not VRAM constrained, so hopefully keep the itch at bay for a couple of years :)
Should last for ages mate! Well done. Maybe 4-5 years at 1440p Ultra settings then probably another 2 years at High before turning settings down further. @LtMatt what do you reckon?

I did the same upgrade as you from a FE 60ti and it’s double FPS or more. Maxing out my 180hz 1440p monitor in games like MW2 (200-230 fps) around 160-170fps in Forza 5 etc.

Several users have mentioned it helped with their crabs so sure you'll be fine.
