There were a few (Pulse, ASROCK) that were discounted to £700ish that sold pretty well. I guess they couldn’t sustain the discount after stock ran out.

Thanks for the update. I've ordered the 7900 XT.
It's going to be replacing a KFA2 GeForce GTX 970 OC Silent "Infin8 Black Edition" which has been performing really well considering its age the downfall is the 4GB(3.5gb) of vram. That's also why I've bought what's considered a high VRAM card this time.
They might be hanging on til Black Friday now.
not quite the price you are looking at but i saw thisTBH I think i'm gonna wait till then, i contemplated buying one on Monday as i've been on holiday this week, then they were all out of stock. Thinking we might be able to get the 7900xtx for £800 or so Black Friday might be my jump in price.

its £899 good sign prices are going down (when i linked it) , still pricey to me.
Getting the XTX for £600 would be a deal of the century on Black FridayYeh that's what it was before in the last sale. I did look at the start of the week when it was 940 then it went out of stock and now it's back to 900. If it was the Nitro for that price i'd buy it, but i'm gonna wait for the £800 mark I think. It's what i paid for my 1080ti. (assuming we get £800 this year, if it's been out over a year and doesn't drop to that i'm just gonna wait for the next gen.
