SAPPHIRE HD 6870 - which one?

Hi,

Quick question, looking at getting a 6870 and noticed that Sapphire do 2 6870 cards that seem identical apart from the heatsink, the first one seems to use a larger fan...

While the 2nd looks like a reference design...

I'm assuming the first would be a better choice as it's likely to be quieter due to the larger fan design?

Also is there any preference between HIS and Sapphire?

Yeah the first one is a 6870 with sapphire's 3rd party heatsink and fan. I wouldn't know which cools better, but i'd guess it's the 3rd party one, or at least the 3rd party one should be quieter. And the only preference between the HIS and Sapphire I would know of is, which picture looks better.

With current 6870 pricing could you not get a 6950 instead?
