Wharmt it is new motherboard and stuck in post.
Press Del/F2 to enter setup
Press F7 for boot mennew CPU installed, ftpm/psp nv corruption or ftpm/psp Nv structure changed
Press Y to reset ftpm, etc etc
I pressed Del/F7 and Iam now stuck.
Message says entering setup.
 
is this a complete fresh build?
mine took a good few minutes to post first time [and every time I've done anything that requires memory training to be done again] my first
thought here is the memory training but if its getting passed that then this is sounding like your trying to use a previous windows install [which i did]
i had to reset my ftpm as well but im using a very very old windows installation. I got in after clicking yes.
do you have a spare drive/partition you can install a fresh windows on just to rule things out?
 
IT wont get passed the splash screen did press Del/F2 to enter setup. But it has been sitting there for a long time, I did restart the systen a couple of times, but it stuck on Entering Setup. I dont have any versions of windows. I do have a flash drive to install windows, but the system does not wants toknow.
 
What a bloody mess. I presses N got through to another version of windows. Then Microsoft got ther 2 pence worth. Had to use my Lan to get in, then set a new number to log into windows. This version does not have my games on it, so I will download again. Did a restart and now I have a black screen, awitch off the restart it again, then pressed N again to get into windows, without haveing to put a new number to log in. Hope I dont havecto do this every time I bootup the computer. Did you have that problem, and do you have to press N to get into windows.

nope i had no issues like thsi at all
it does take a while on that splash screen for it to do the memory training the first time its like a good 10+ minutes [im running 96gb of ram which might be partly why it took so long]
this sounds like a windows problem rather than the motherboard by the sounds of it
as said you want to give it at least 15-20 minutes on that splash screen before deciding that it isnt working though it takes a while first time to memory train
 
I cant remember off the top of my head but il find out for you shortly I think I've got the instruction manual for mine somewhere near my desk il have a look shortly
this sounds more like a password/secure login/hello/bitlocker/something similar related security problem rather than the actual motherboard
might need to pop the drive back into the old machine to take the security/password etc off before moving the drive to the new machine possibly.
 
No have not gone down that way.
My BIOS is AM50N101R25, where the next Bios is R27. Dont know what good doing an upgrade will do. The board should have WIFI 7, I dont have any WIFI. Tried downloading drivers of the web site, to no avail.

Is this from within Windows?

Both BT and WLAN have been downloaded?

It looks like the drivers say it is Mediatek, but that's not specified in the description. Not uncommon for manufacturers to change the wireless chip used.

TPU's review says it is: MT7925BM22M. Do you have any undetected devices in device manager?

There is no R25 listed on the download page.

Maybe worth updating to R27 in case it was removed for being faulty.
 
i used a windows tool to find me the wifi 7 drivers that is one thing i did struggle to do myself so i used a windows tool that scans your machine and tells you what drivers you should have for each bit of hardware
and i just only selected the wifi drivers as i had already sorted the rest out. that is the one thing ive had issues with on this board and was easily sorted once the tool found it for me . cant remember the tools name
a friend showed me il aks him again what tool it was.
 
Hi, Im having problems getting my WIFI 7 TO work, does anbody know of any 3rd party software to check my system for drivers for my wifi 7.tried to get windows to do it with no luck.

yeah i had to do the same thing with mine errrr il ask my mate which tool it was we used
snappy driver installer i think it was
but yeah ive got the sapphire pure b850 [so the white version of your nitro pretty much the same board] and yes i had to use a tool
it just wouldnt work using the driver on the sapphire webpage
pretty sure it was snappy
 
The WiFi card is probably an AMD RZ738 which is a rebranded mediatek 7927

Tried that it would not work sorry. In Device manager, I have a red triangle in Generic Bluetooth Adapter, Also in Network Controller has a red triangle on it as well.
 
yeah i had the same thats why i used a driver update tool im just waiting for hte friend who told me about the tool to remind me which one it was
was really easy doing it that way
