Sapphire Select Club

Hi everyone.

So then, what's the dealio with the Sapphire Select Club? Is it like fight club, where the first rule is never to talk about it?

Just had a look around here and Google and there doesn't seem to be much information on it. I.e. how often new promotions start, what promotions there are/ will be etc. Seems as though hardly anybody are part of the club, but i am sure there are lots of people on here with Sapphire graphics cards?

So is anyone on here part of the Sapphire Select Club?

I'm not saying that i am in it, but if you have a Sapphire graphics card, you can register and get free goodies and the like

I hear from a reliable source that one of the said promotions was 1 of 100 free copies of Shattered Horizon. However, these have all been given away now.

Therefore currently there are no promotions available. If i did somehow manage to become a member, would anybody with a similar source be able to enlighten me as to how often there are new promotions.

I ask because, as a gold member, you get 5 free promotions per calendar year. Therefore on January 1st 2010 your count will go back up to 5.

Now, say i have 5 left as i signed up yesterday (hypothetically) it would be in my best interest to spend these asap as "you cannot add these on to the new count on 1/1/2010".

However, there are currently no promotions available.

So if anybody, who has inside knowledge, could give me some info (no questions asked as of your source

) that'd be sorely appreciated.

yep, just played it. It is dead online but the free promotion count resets at the end of the month so may as well spend all of your points.

It is on the label that says RoHS, on the underside of the card.

There is a '?' that you can click on the from and it will give you a picture
