sat nav software?

hi all, i want to find some good windows based gps software to run on my netbook. ive had a google but cant seem to find much?

hmmm i think maybe streets and trips is for the US & Canada and Autoroute is for Europe looking at that link mate?

Autoroute hasn't been updated since 2007 for Europe, the only option from Microsoft for Europe maps is MapPoint. Not used it, so can't comment on if it does what you want it to do though!

I use AutoRoute 2007 [GPS] with my Asus EeePC 1000 ,good program and works very well with a USB GPS reciever.It seems to have good coverage of Europe but not the Americas . etc .For me , it was only for UK use so it's fine .

thanks all. i think im going to have to get a usb gps receiver, my bluetooth one just wont seem to work with autoroute

Yeah, MapPoint is where it's at. I used it with my in car PC a few years ago. Fantastic stuff. Althought he voices back then were a bit cack

got a reciever now so guna try mappoint
