Sata 150 cable question

hi,
never really need to know but will a sata 150 cable take a sata 300 drive and work at full speed, i cant see there being any diff in the cable asive seen 2 versions of the same cable someone clear this up for me

The cables are identical. There are some about which are being marketed as specifically SATA300 but the only difference is that they have a wee latch to stop them falling out which in reality just makes them a pain to deal with in a cramped case.

thanks, ive seen some akasa 60cm sata 150 cables advetised and i wondered if it will work fully with a sata 300 drive
