Heya guys, is there an easy way to split the size of a 250GB partition whilst in windows, I couldnt figure out a way to do it during installation of windows and not sure how to do it whilst in windows itself.

Its a 250GB SATA and I want C to be around 80-120.

You'll need to use something like Partition Magic, Acronis Disk Director or GParted to resize a partition without losing data. That said you're talking about messing about with the underlying structure of the file system so an up to date backup is essential.

Meh, will just keep it as it is.

I just liked to on my machines.
1HDD = C - 80GB For Installations + Dont Have To Defrag As Often - D - Downloads (Video / Updates That kind of stuff)
2HDD = Seperate HDD For Converting From 1HDD to Another so its not reading / writing from the same drive.

Will just keep them both at max capacity
