SATA 3 vs SATA Express ?

I notice my motherboard has one SATA Express port. Is it worth plugging my hard drive into this instead of the SATA3 ?.

I'm also using the M2 port for my boot drive and PCIx4 for the sound card, specifications seem to imply you can't have SATA Express and PCIe at the same time ?.

No difference for hard drive between SATA3 and SATA express.
Never came across not being able to use PCIe and SATA express so I cant help you there sorry.
