Sata 3?

My motherboard (in sig) says it has 8 x SATA 3Gb/s connectors.

Does that mean I can use sata3 hard drives?

Also is there a limit on size for this board? Could I put a 3TB in it?

Thanks guys. I was only going to use it for storage anyway. Might get two 2 gig though instead.
