Hi there!!
I need to buy a new HDD (it will be used to boot from, and store everything), the one I was thinking of was the Caviar Black 640GB. I am fully aware that it is backwards compatible with SATA-II, but it won't run as fast.
I have seen this (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CC-004-SR&groupid=701&catid=49&subcat=424, or http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CC-005-SR&groupid=701&catid=49&subcat=424) and wondering if this would be necessary or an effect on read/write?
I also know that the card/s won't run faster than 5GBPS
Thanks in advance!
