sata cables for ssd's

hi all just wandering if there is much difference between the cables for sata ssd drives and if so how do you tell which ones you have,

ie sata, sata 2, sata 3, do tehy require different cables.

none whatsoever,they will all give same results

I am not sure about that wazza, when I got my 1155 motherboard it came with 4 sata cables, 2 were marked rated as 6gb/s and the other were marked sata 2.

Though it might be me misunderstanding something

yes thats right,but performance wise it wont give you any gains,they are identical

All SATA cables are the same. Some may be better quality than others just but they are all the same.
