I am looking into getting one of these after being thoroughly inpressed with my friends they are just so much faster than the 7,200rpm ones.

My first question is what is the Western Digital Secure Connect Serial ATA Cable (CB-000-WD) and what does it do?

My second point is that I have an Enermax 460watt psu which i dont think is SATA complient so will i need the top two on here if this is the case?

...and of course a SATA card for my computer.

Also does the NF7 V2.0 support booting from SATA HDD's from pci cards?

The secure cable supposedly offers a much better connection than a 'normal' sata cable which is much looser than an IDE cable is, WD claim 500% better and stronger connection. It isn't a huge problem unless you move your PC around regularly or tinker with it often and even then it just requires you check the cable is still connected.

I'm not 100% about Raptors but most drives can still accept the old molex style power connections. I'd still get the convertor though as for a couple of quid you might as well.

Don't know about the last one but I suspect it probably will.

DO NOT plug in BOTH SATA and Molex - just in case you miss the tiny warning on the sticker. The WD Secure Connect does not allow you to do this as it purposely covers the SATA power connector forcing you to use the molex (the reason that WD say for their drives only, as only WD and Hitachi have both connectors on all their SATA drives).
