SATA Drive Enclosures

My new mobo, the Gigabyte EP45-UD3P has a neat SATA bracket for exposing two SATA connectors + power from the back of my PC! nice

Only thing is I would rather not leave a drives internals exposed so does anybody know of a nice enclosure I can buy for SATA drives? The only enclosures I have found support SATA drives but expose them as USB from the enclosure

I think you need E-Sata, but im not 100% sure where they are powered from or exactly what backplane you have . . .

Is the links below whay you after, I have the two top ones, these use power pack to power the hd, Esata are the connectors.

Cheers Guys,

The backpane actually exposes them as ordinary SATA, not eSATA.

I can connect 2 HD's using an ordinary sata lead to the backpane.

Maybe one of these will do

Ah doh!

Now I get it

I can just use a sata to esata cable like the one that came with my mobo.
