What's the easiest and cheapest way of connecting a Sata hdd to an old ide motherboard?

Thanks guys :)

You can buy SATA to IDE convertors for approx £10-£20 depending on where you shop - they fit into the back of the drive and the IDE cable fits into the convertor. I used one to intsall a SATA drive into my Topfield PVR to increase it's storage capacity.
