Might be a foolish question but is it possible to use a CD for those, as opposed to a floppy disk? My SFF doesn't have a floppy drive.

Nope, not going to be making use of RAID. And what's nLite? Sounds handy. So if I'm not using RAID I probably won't need drivers?
