I usually stream to a device and watch shows, with no problems.
But as of late, I can't access folders, or play avi's/mpegs on this particular drive, It comes up saying that it cant access the specified folder.
Now, I can access folders on other drives and play movies fine.
I thought it could have been a DHCP network issue. So i've set a static IP. And still the same problem.
Now, I've looked under computer management > disk management
and the drive in question is setup as
Layout > Simple
Type: > Dynamic

Now my other drives, The ones that work fine, Are
Layout > Partition
Type > Basic

Could this be the cause of my problem? It seems likely to me. Even though I don't know the differences.
Is there a way for me to change the simple and dynamic drive to the same as the others. Without losing files ofcourse.
