SATA III controller recommendation?

I'm missing out on a little performance from my SSD by only having SATA II onboard. Any chance of a recommendation or two for a decent SATA III controller please?

You might be just as well saving your money for a complete upgrade.

Whats your usage like and how often do you do large sequential read/writes? In terms of responsiveness (random read/write) and most application start-ups it wont make an appreciable difference.
